Description
Here is Timmy in his room practicing pick up lines. HAHA 
I don’t know what made me think of this, but I thought it was a funny idea. LOL 
It took about three and a half to four hours. I think.
My same routine:
This drawing was:
1. drawn using a mechanical pencil (0.7mm lead)
2. scanned onto computer
3. outlined and colored in PSP 9

Haha, that's priceless. Looks like Timmy is practicing pick-up lines for when he meets Trixie. You did a pretty good job here, from the outlining to the FOPish background. Certainly looks like you spent a lot of time in it.
